Shank N Shig BBQ LLC is based out of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and it is our goal to serve up the best barbeque, second to none, in the area.  Our meats are slow smoked with love using oak and cherry wood on an offset smoker.  Delight your taste buds with our juicy brisket, savory ribs, award winning pulled pork, and pulled chicken!  Oh, and don't forget the sides.  Our Mac N Cheese is our best seller!  And did we mention the nachos?.........
